Zolix Scan Software
1.Spectral Scanning Functions
◆Support single and multi-grating monochromators and spectrographs in the Omni-λ series
◆Flexible set-up of scan parameters including start and end wavelengths, scan step, integration time, signal averaging ,etc.
2.Data Collection Functions
◆ Support data collection from Zolix DCS102,Stanford Research Systems SR830,and Keithley K2000 digital meter.
◆With the DCS102 unit the software support single or averaged data collection and independent programmable gain for each of the input channels.
3.Data Analysis Functions
Zolix Scan supports real-time mathematical operations on the input signal.
◆Two channel background subtraction
◆ A, B input channel ratio
◆Signal transformation using formula, y=ax+b
In addition, the program supports post processing arithmetic and smoothing functions.
The data can be exported in Excel or text format for use in third party data analysis programs.
4.Display Functions
Flexible curve display includes, 2- and 3-D modes, zoom in and out functions as well as individual curve selection for display or not.
Zolix Scan supports 2- and 3-Dimensional spectral charting with data interrogation by mouse cursor position.
The chart windows can be exported as an image for use in reports and presentations.
5.Accessory Support
In addition to Omniλ monochromator/spectrograph and data collection support, Zolix Scan can also drive the SSC3 monochromator controller and the SC300 three axis translation stage controller. |
