LA series precise motorized linear stages

Description:
LA series motorized linear stages are precise products designed and manufactured by Zolix, especially for industrial applications in which the customers need higher repeat-operation rate. Hard anodic-oxidation aluminum alloy is used for the main body materials in this series to ensure good rigidity and nice appearance. Linear-slider guides whose surface are treated with fine-grinding techniques to provide higher rigidity, heavier load capability and longer durability. All of these selected parts ensure high motion accuracy of this series products. Built-in grinded-grade ball screws working with Japanese two-phase stepping motor to provide higher resolution and positioning accuracy. This series of motorized linear stages are suitable for the application scenarios such as integration with automation equipment and instruments in which the requirements of space, weight and dimension are very rigorous. It is also a good application field to use this series products with short-travel-range and high-repetition-rate production lines.

 Main characteristics:
 Ball screws working with two-phase stepping motors (Japanese brands) provide higher resolution and positioning accuracy
 Linear-slider guides guarantee higher rigidity, heavier load capability and longer durability
 Fine-grinding techniques are used for the treatments of installation surface of guides to ensure higher motion accuracy
 Three built-in sensors (positive- and negative position sensors and origin-point sensor) are installed with high flexible cables and relative modular to offer easy maintenance
